At Pet Store Selection, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be canceled and what to expect if a cancellation is no longer possible.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to stop the order before it enters the shipping process.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to a carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped and can no longer be canceled, it will be treated as a return once delivered. In this case, please contact us and we will provide instructions in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Please note that some items particularly large, freight-shipped, custom, or made-to-order products may enter processing immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once production or shipment has begun.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status at the time of the request.
- We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.
