    Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders within the U.S. mainland.

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
    Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-06:00, Detroit), Monday–Saturday, will begin processing the same day.
    Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. If freight shipping is required, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please provide an accurate phone number at checkout.

    Reliable Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
    Domestic Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other freight carrier services.
    Freight Carrier Deliveries: Some orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers using large 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule curbside delivery.
    Shipment Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

    Insurance: Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and refuse delivery if the package appears damaged.

  2. Delivery Issues
    7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Delayed Delivery: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund.

7.2 Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, inspect it before signing.

  • If damage is significant, refuse delivery. If slight, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  • Contact us within 1 business day with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by Pet Store Selection (no cost to the customer).

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

  1. Incorrect Address
    Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
    Address Changes After Order Placement: Address changes after processing may cause delays. Any fees charged by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
